If you have an emergency best look some where else, you have a better chance at dying in the waiting room. To slow for it to be an Emergency Room. I don't even give it a 1 star really. They need more help!!

Our triplets and my wife were stationary at 4 different stations over 2-3 months after the birth. The hospital offers so much more than just medical help, but also emotional, social and outwards support. We even received an accommodation on campus that was brand newly renovated to be close to our triplets while they were still in intensive care. I must say this was and still is the best hospital experience we have ever had. The nurses, doctors, midwives, cleaning crews and administratibe team were all, always professional and compassionate.

I had foot operation (at AOZ), surgery itself was fine and Anesthesia doctor and nurse who helped operation was very nice and friendly. However one of the nurses who navigate me before and after the operation (I should have asked her name. Short gray hair with glasses on) treated me very badly. She was very unfriendly, gave me such a bad feeling after the operation. Doctor who saw my foot 4 weeks before the surgery said you should stay at the hospital for two nights. But day before the operation AOZ receptionist called me and said you should go home straight after the surgery. And after the surgery another Doctor asked me to come back to the hospital next morning at 8 am. It was very inconvenient for my family (we have 2 kids under 3 years old at home). I asked her I want to stay but without asking the doctor she just said ” no” So I had to leave the hospital soon after the operation whatever the reason was(she didn’t explain it ) At last she gave me the injections to use at home which I have never used before by myself. Asking her how to use it, She looked down to me and said “you don’t know how to use?” I was like if I knew I wouldn’t ask! She just made my feeling terribly bad. Also as a nurse, one shouldn’t make patients feel worried, nervous or sad.

My daughter was at Station 33, the nurses are unfriendly and passive aggressive! Not to mention the rooms and beds are totally out dated! Would never go there again. The emergency room nurses and doctors were great, but the others seems to congregate in their little dinning room drinking coffee!

I just called the emergency line, asked if they speak English, and the girl who answered literally hang up on my face without saying anything. I called a second time and they hanged the phone on my face a second time. A disgrace to hospitals all over the world. Do yourself a favor and pay a private doctor to get some attention, these guys won't give a f..ck.
