The palace building and gardens are beautiful. There is a history museum covering the period from ancient history until modern times. It is interesting however not amazing - if you have limited time to visit and are familiar with good history museums, you can easily skip the museum and just visit the palace. I would recommend walking up the palace tower which gives you access to great views.

One of the best place in karlsruhe very very beautiful and huge garden
This is an amazing place. The surroundings and the building is really beautiful. There is enough space to sit and relax in front of the palace. The kids will enjoy this as they have enough place to run and play. I have enjoyed my time here. I really recommend this place. It is a must visit if you are in Karlsruhe. There is also a museum inside.
Didn't get inside due to Covid situation, but the Palace is beautiful both - in night and day. The road towards castle is magical and in dark sought by couples. Why? Romantic and well preserved; walking around makes you feel like some nobility. During day the park around is visited by families and groups alike.
