Pathetic service, rude staff and unprofessional behaviour. Forget your security deposit, you won’t get it back and no would respond for months.I wouldn’t recommend even during desperate times!!

I find Home Company the easiest and fastest way to rent a temporary apartment in Berlin. You send them a form in the website, and they reply via email within the next hours with a list of the available apartments. I don't see any other agency doing that!! They are also available via phone. I myself didn't find difficulties with the staff. All was good and smooth. I recommend it for new people coming to Berlin.

Homecompany Berlin found a very nice flat in Tiergarten. Issue with bedroom blind was resolved but only after some weeks because Homecompany had to chase up the third party responsible. Efficient check in/out. Deposit repaid promptly (within 2 weeks) less minor deductions for breakages. Would use again.

Dont we all read reviews and as a consumer I have right to cancel my request before signing a contract? I tried to book a flat with HomeCompany. Everything was going well and then I came across review like its Scam and overprice etc. They did send me contract, I was still confused and wanted to wait but then call I received in the morning was rude. They told me that if I dont sign and send the contact it will be cancelled. So I could not make up my mind and I cancelled it as I was worried about my money. I just wrote that I would like to cancel it. Then reply I got really bad reply that proves how bad they could have behaved and how these reviews are true. I have been told that the will blacklisting me from their and all other companies. I dont care about them but I was upfront and as consumer I have right to reject something that I dont want.
