Awesome experience, from arriving to the site to jumping. They were very friendly and always mindful to keep jumpers calm and provide great experience overall. I cannot find even one small thing to complain about!

Amazing experience, the jump from the airplane was far less scary as I imaginad. fun staff, made everything to relax you, defenitly going again. The video pictures could be a little less expensive, maybe more people would buy them. But I won't tell them how to run a business

amazing company! their service is outstanding and professional. expect a wonderful crew and equally amazing tandem partners. the outside are where you wait is also great with a lot of activities, a bistro and bar and a great viewing area for incoming skydivers. the experience itself is of course breathtaking. book ahead for the best experience. ** best thing is that they have professional female skydivers for ladies who strictly want a female companion :)

I am from London, but went to visit Berlin back in September and sky diving with Go Jump was part of my itinerary. I had purchased a voucher from Groupon in advanced and when booked my visit with Go Jump over the phone I was told that I’d need to pay an outstanding balance when I arrive which was no more than 15 euros. However, upon arrival I was surprised to find that the cost of the activity had a substantial outstanding balance of 202 euros. On any normal day I wouldn’t have paid for this, but where the venue of Go Jump Berlin is far out from Berlin City Centre and I had already made the journey, I took this as a simple misunderstandings and proceeded to pay the remaining cost. Please note, part of the outstanding cost included me paying for a video recording of my jump, in which would have been emailed to me within 24-48 hours after my jump. We are now in October and all now I still have not received the video of my jump. I have contacted Go Jump Berlin via email multiple occasions to address this, and all now I have yet to hear a response, I’ve tried to call them but never have any luck in getting through to them. So I am leaving this review as a heads up, not to have your sky diving experience with them, so you can avoid the frustration I’m going through. And I am hoping that a member of the Go Jump Berlin team can see this review and contact me to sort this out.
