Since I'm an immigrant I never expected such a positive response and excellent services from the hospital staff. They treated me with most respect and care. Explained all points before the treatment and Doctors are showing a very good behaviour at patients and listening concerns. Thank you for all your help and support.

The worst hospital I have ever been. I waited 6 hours in the emergency ward with a cyst about the size of my fist - super painful - and they were completely inconsiderate. I asked for pain killers to tolerate the waiting time and they refused. I am now considering flying to my home country as I lost my trust all-together in the German health care system. Writing this review in extreme pain and after 6 HOURS of waiting with no help and no estimation of how much longer I have to wait.

Sooo brutaly bad in waiting times! I came here with a severe head pain and waited for 13 hours for a neurologist! At 1 in the morning it was my turn... she was more then just unfriendly. It was likely that she just wanted to go home and doent give a F*** about any paitient. So she took a blood test and left me waiting again with the promise of waiting for 1 more hour. After 4 more hours at 6 in the morning I was so angry that I just left. Waited 18 hours there! 18 hours! WITHOUT ANY RESULT!
