There is a waiting time, they will pick you up at the entrance and bring you to a random seat inside. Beer is the best Kölsch because of Päffgen. Food is good but not spectacular. Barkeepers are amazing, they only work as a pair dor the whole place, excluding kitchen's staffs. The legend itself speaks for the atmosphere. Cover your glass with the beermat to tell them that you've had enough, otherwise they will just walk and efill\ your glass

Delicious food, really good and fresh beer and nice customer service. They are quite busy but still nice service. Once you seat you get a nice cold beer and then you order the food and they will come with more beer if you want to. The food was amazing, good quality, tasty and filling. We had 6 beers, 2 chopped pork with onions and we paid around 36. Definitely a place to try! Dog friendly restaurant!!!
Very disappointed, the location just look great in it's way and the vibes were just good. But knowing that it was late (9.40pm) we explicitly asked if the kitchen was still open. There were no available tables so we just had a beer while waiting. After 20 minutes a waiter came saying the kitchen was closed. They could just said that in first place and we would have probably came back later for the beer. No need to say that it was then even harder to find another place to have late dinner.
If you're looking for an authentic German place to eat, well that's what you're looking for. What an experience. Typical German food and good beer, everything pretty cheap too. Basically only locals at the restaurant. P. S. Be aware they'll automatically bring another beer to your table as soon as you've nearly finish your glass! Highly recommended.
Amazing beer!!!!!!! Clean taste, refreshing, so drinkable. Food was super tasty, MASSIVE portion size.. between my mom and I we struggled to finish a plate. we had the pork chop with potato salad and onions. A little oily and salty, but the pork was so tender, and the salad balanced it all out. Really atmospheric as well, the beer is continuously brought to you until you tell them to stop.. but why would you? The street was silent but as we walked up to the shop (guided by google maps), we started to hear the noise of lots of people talking. The storefront is so unassuming but once you open the door you know people love it.
