A well decorated, and large room suite that we stayed into. Boutique hotel with lots of character. The hotel restaurant serves very nice local dishes. Huge servings and reasonably priced. Located well at the center of the beautiful small town of Erding!

Amazing hotel and room, and friendly staff. We booked the ‘Romatiksuite’ which was a luxury room designed for couples. The room was very spacious, had an amazing Kingsize bed, plenty of seating areas and a separate toilet/bathroom with a bathtub for two people. The staff were more than happy to help with requests such as getting us a bucket of ice for Champagne we bought ourselves, and to provide plates/cutlery for a takeaway we ordered to the room with no extra cost. I would definitely recommend the ‘Romatiksuite’ if you want to treat yourself.
Despite ringing in advance and asking if they have a gluten free menu, this does not exist. They basically say you can have everything that doesn't contain wheat, not particularly useful. Service was slow in all areas (not unusual for Germany) and food was quite salty. Not the worst experience in the world but wouldn't go back in a hurry.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Erdinger Weissbrau Hotel. The rooms are incredibly cozy and quiet, with the exception of the church bells right next door, which eventually added to the charm. The morning breakfasts are out of this world. The staff are super friendly and the ability to go downstairs most of the day and get a fresh weiss bier is just icing on the cake. The hotel is centrally located in the wonderful town of Erding with lots to see and do within walking distance. We also just walked to the S-Bahn station which we then took into Munich. I can't say enough about this hotel.

This is unfortunate but necessary: this was the last time here for me. I used to be a big fan, going often, but in the past months quality and ambiance has gone down tremendously. At 70 bucks for three non-alcoholic drinks, two very mediocre Schnitzel with likewise not very good Bratkartoffeln and a Zwiebelschmorbraten that wasn't tasty at all.... while being treated with that "yeah, I'll serve you but I totally don't want to and don't like you" attitude. Not my schtick. For the same(!) price you could eat some of the best food you've ever eaten in Freising at Katie's or cheaper and better elsewhere in Erding. Sad day, but neither price nor taste nor service are anywhere near acceptable.
Wery beautiful place, nice clean room. the most delicious beer only here :)
