The service is very good since you can do everything online (and in English) and the staff is very helpful. The apartments are fully furnished and all utilities are included. The prices are a bit high compared to a regular flat, but all the overhead of paperwork, utilities and furniture make up for it.

Whilst in Berlin I rented twice from these guys. Both times were perfect! Handy booking process, quick and easy move in procedure, apartments were spotless and have everything you could need. Any time I needed something from the office like registration forms etc. they always came back to me in a matter of hours which was most appreciated - thank you to Daria my property manager for this! Last but not least, no drama with handing your deposit back when you leave.
Very helpful and always responsive company. Their apartments are clean with modern furnishing. Will surely be renting from their properties again.

Very clean, newly renovated apartment with everything you may need for your stay. Very comfortable to just grab the key and move in. The team is super helpful, the communication is super fast and easy. There is always someone at your disposal and you feel their support all the time.
