I can't speak to their record of games but they managed a Hearthstone Fireside Gathering Event at Oct 20 (originally intended for the whole day) and two friends of mine went there in the evening. Long story short, they changed their event information during (!) the day of the event to 3:30 - 4:00 PM, told them that the event is already over and left my friends standing at the door without even an apology. Rude stuff / staff!
