It's one of those stores where you wonder just how it remains open: overpriced, terrible service - it's like a huge vanity project probably funded and kept alive by money from a more successful business. Thirty seconds inside this place and you can see why so many people buy stuff online.

This shop has 2 things to offer. 1. Horrible, unpleasant and rude "service" 2. A large selection of overpriced low quality instruments I travel a lot and have been in more music shops than I can remember just this year... but this one easily soars above the rest as the worst I've experienced. If for some reason you want to waste your time at this place, or you're in town and just need a good laugh, then hurry because I don't think they will be in business much longer. I would give it zero stars but 1 was the lowest I could go.

The quality of the service is a roulette. I had an unpleasant experience there: I bought a Mixer which was defect. They said "you might be doing something wrong with it". It costed me several weeks of emails and visits to the store trying to demonstrate, that it was not me being incapable of setting the Mixer correctly. Eventually they escalated the problem to the manufacturer, who admitted all products of the series had this defect. So they offered me to send it back and give me a refund. I thought "nice!". I decided to buy another mixer with the refund. The day I brought the defect mixer back, the owner ddd was there. He didn't know about the story, so when I tried to explain it to him, he said "I am the boss here. I don't care if anyone promised anything to you. I am the one who decides". I even showed him all the emails. But he continued with his arrogant tone until he eventually decided to give me the refund. I never got an apology for the time lost in understanding what the problem with the mixer was. And then his way of approaching a solution proposed by someone of his own team? Is this good service? I doubt that.

Very cozy, friendly staff and high quality equipment. We bought an ukulele and did not regret it.

I've been to many music stores, in different countries, different continents, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. First; all the prices are blackened, so you have to look for a staff member to tell you the price (they don't know the prices either, so they have to look it up on the pc. Oh, and good luck finding one). Second; If you want to try an instrument you have to almost sign a contract saying that you are extremely interested in buying said product, and highly likely to buy it there. Third; the Staff (or it might have been the boss, I'm not quite sure) is extremely arrogant. He insisted on the inexistence of the product I was looking for. After three phonecalls, and 2 internet searches, he found out he was wrong. As they didn't have the product in stock, he told me I couldn't try it (obviously, but I thought I might be able to try a similar one). Nonetheless, instead of guiding the client towards a similar option, he just started throwing out terms about the instrument that didn't serve no purpose at all rather than pointing out the client's ignorance about the subject compared to his. After a while he agreed to letting me try a similar product, and told me that they would or could place an order for the one I was looking for, and it would arrive in 3 days. Ps; they lock the door from inside, so if you want to get out you also have to look for someone to open the door. But when coming in is open. Odd, isn't it?... Although the price of the product I was looking for was in the range of money that I want to spend, and it is highly likely that i'll buy it, I am NOT going to buy it in this store. The attention was extremely rude, and it was an unpleasant experience.

The guys do not say hello when you enter They order the thnings you and then they send an email one month later to say to you that they have your order when you say you dont want it anymore because you couldnt wait one month, they tell you by email that you are a voll-idiot. that is a way to speak to clients who leaved a lot of money in the past? I will never go to this shop again and I advice you not to go eather they are very mean and shouldnt be in this shop working if they dont like people they just want money, nothing else

Biggest music store in the area so the selection is cool and the service is ok.

Lots of inventory. It's a musicians playground. They aren't especially friendly but will let you demo merchandise
