It had a few books sitting outside in boxes, but not open on a Saturday at 11:00? Only a phone number on the door. Hard to give an accurate review. No problem. We had no idea...I will remove the update until we have had a visit. Best wishes and speedy recovery!!!!

Upon feeling 'English sick' in Hamburg, found this quaint little store selling used English books along with British foods, British souvenirs and some other things as well. Hundreds (or maybe thousands) of used English books are available ranging from a euro to 6 euros / book. Robert (store owner) is a distinctive personality and always up for a chat. Till next time..

I'VE been coming to this lovely chaotic book shop and British products for at least 20 years!!!do you remember the Scrabble nights, Robert? I've got a pile of English ESL books and have no way to transport them. If you could come and pick them up and bring me some crumpets I'd be very grateful.
