I am so sorry for this bad review, I know that small business are difficult to manage but this place needs a lot of improvement. Even the smallest thing can make a huge difference and I hope this could help. My experience was not good at all for several reasons: The studio is far too small for the amount of people they accept in a class. People kept coming in even when the class started and the teacher had to go an open the door for all of them. I think we were at least 13 people and there are just four poles with not much space between them. The ceiling is not very tall so you are not able to climb even twice. We spent too much time on the warm up and the teacher was doing it kind of a military style. Also the studio looks sloppy and with things half finished. During the pole excersises the teacher wouldn't look to the students too much and it felt like she was in a rush all the time. Apparently they moved to this studio two years ago but it took them for ever to change their address on the website and on google maps. A friend of mine went to the wrong place in Kreuzberg and they didn't even care about their mistake. It just gives the impression that they don't care too much.

the small place with full of energy. pole classes 1 is perfect start for beginners. who has more experiences, recommend to take a 1 class. English/German (Sometimes even-Spanish!) is possible. all students are kind enough to help you and chat with.

I love every single human being running this school. They make you feel really comfortable, it's super fun and they are amazing teachers. I feel this is a place to learn at your own pace without pressures, with people helping out and cheering when things don't work out that well. I'm 100% devoted to them. There's no school that will make you feel more accompanied than this one. It's true that communication could be better and it gets a bit cramped sometimes. However, I still go every week, because I haven't found an atmosphere like this anywhere else.

I had my first pole dance class there and I came back home quite disappointed. The studio is quite small and you need to share the pole with someone else. The atmosphere was not the greatest and the teacher was not the warmest person. I wouldn't recommend this place for a first time.

I had a really bad time and experience there. I found the room pretty small. The space between the poles are not enough and in some moves probably you will hit someone. The poles are also not really high, so if you are a little bit tall you can not climb and climbing is actually important to develop some skills and strong, for example. I did not feel safe with the way the poles are fixed on the ceiling, seemed a bit improvised. I also would not feel comfortable having a Pole Dance class with an almost uncovered window. The staff is not friendly, kind and nice at all. They did not care too much about what I would want or expect from the class, like a new student or better say a new customer. I asked for an appointment for Level 1 and they put me on the beginners level without asking me. They were not organised and the communication between then is really bad. They were confused with the spots and times. And if I would have done the class on this awful day I would need to share the pole with someone else. They put more people on the class than the room supports.

I really love this little studio in Friedrichshain. it portrays our small multicultural community in the neighborhood. The small group class makes it feel very personal and cozy, especially with Gabriela who is a great teacher. I highly recommend!

I went to several pole classes in Berlin until i discovered this studio and fell in love with it. Gabriela who teaches the beginners was by far the most caring and attentive teacher i could find. I appreciate her dedication, her fierce warm up (i never insured myself in her classes, because of that) and her extra knowledge as a contemporary dancer/performer and also ballerina. Not only does she show and explain moves in detail also she actually cares if you do them right and will show you how if you did not, which honestly no other teacher ever did with me. Gabrielas classes are neither aerobic exercises for tight butt nor a how to please the male gaze - you train with an artist generously sharing their knowledge with you. I would love to train with her every day. \u003c3
