Travelled from the UK to sight see in Berlin and to get some long track ice time as there is none in Britain. Emailed ahead as advised to book sessions but were refused entry to the 400m track. Staff were abrupt, rude and didn't care. Such a shame as the ice looked perfect. Just 6 other athletes using the track. What a waste! Would have loved to have skated here. Compare this to the facility at Inzell with open training sessions, clear information and helpful staff. No contest!! So very disappointed! :(

Great place for ice skating for the whole family. The area is quite big with two more additional circles of ice. They have special handlers for kids to help them to learn to skate.

In six years of training here, I really can't think of much that ever bothered me. Staff is... well, Berlin. They don't talk much, which is probably for the better. World-class ice makes up for the slightly annoying trip getting here.
