The staff does not seem interested in their customers (literally throwing the skates on the counter in front of their customers), the ice doesn't get cleaned frequently enough and I'd highly recommend bringing your own skates because your feet will hurt after 1 minute of skating in the provided skates, they are poorly manufactured and provide some kind of pressure on random spots to your feet (spot varies from pair to pair). Also it smelles like piss. But I've got to give them credit for exchanging my shoes when I asked them to, and they even let my try 3-4 pairs til I found some pressure spot that was less annoying.
