I have never experieced such a customer service in my life. I have taken my car there for the 1 year warranty check. The check was done, oil and some filters were changed. The very next day when i went to work the dash turned into a Christamass Tree, there were so many errors and the power on the gas pedal was cut. 1. I went there they said it was a sensor, everything is fixed. After a few days again more or less the same errors. 2. I go again and i am told that the car must stay there for checks. After a few days they tell me that they might have to change some parts. 3. After long checks and a lot of calls last time some parts were changed and covered by the warranty. Today i have the same problem. Conclusion: i still have the same problem. After every appoimtment i was told that i will receive per email documents with all the maintanace that was done. Till today i received nothing. Today i was there because yesterday the car did 3 times dispayed all those errors. They gave me an appointment, i have never seen such a custmer service. I was treated very bad. When i asked about the maintanace documents the guy just told me i don t have time now, i will give it to you at the next Termin. I ve waited more than 3 months and he still doesn t have time. I did not left the office untill i got my documents. In doing so i was refused any customer care, the appointment was cancelled and I was told just to go where i bought the car from exactly like this. The motive is because i put pressure on him to print 3 sheets of paper. After i waited more than 3 months, this is hilarous. I have never ever lived such an experience in my life

Freundlich mit tollem Service... Ich fühl mich dort als Kunde immer gut beraten und fair behandelt.
Gebrauchtwagenpräsi am Sonntag gut dafür dass eigentlich kein Platz vorhanden ist. Preise okay. Angebot strukturiert. Parkplätze wenige und an Hauptduchgangsstraße . Wenn wir gebrauchten kaufen werden wir hier vorbeischauen.
Schlechteste Werkstatt Autohaus in der Umgebung! Eine Katastrophe nach der anderen dort erlebt. Kundenservice und fachliche Kompetenz gleich null!!
Die tollste Werkstatt.. Personal super nett... Werkstattleiter ist ein echter Schwabe... Love it... Hauptsache gmotzt ... Immer gerne wieder
Meine Frau war heute in Neuhausen zum Reifenwechsel. Den Service und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter kann man nicht in Worte fassen Wir sind sehr froh,daß wir uns für dieses Autohaus entschieden haben.
