Wanted to check and probably buy a one-year vehicle. Waited there for 2 hours and then went home, because it was a waste if time. Though the lady at the reception was nice and there was a coffee machine for customers

I bought a car Vw Sportvan 2015 year from this dealer Pillenstein from the sales menager Vanco Richter who speak my language from my interesting via whatsapp.We come in Futh and buy car trought half hour of thinking.We trust to menager as he tell us that he is from ex Yugoslavia coutry Macedonia and he tell us that his car house is serious dealer and all nice words abouth.We start come back to Montenegro in evening and I find that the windscreen wipers were worn out and they scratched the front glass.I find also that that the fan(ventilator) is often switched on, and our electrician says the problem is in a particular filter.Yes that autohouse have service with sale program but Vanco said that he first time hear that problem even he drove that car before us to took coll tables.After all I contacted them many times, waited and simply prayed and threatened with a lawyer to return me the export tax even though the car was previously regularly logged out and registered in Montenegro.if the gentlements are suspicious of my claims, you can freely contact me to send you pictures and video problems or ask Vanco he can explain. Gentlements did not want to accept any refund in cash or in a more favorable offer for another car that would be purchased with them one kind of compensation.Very bad expirience with that autohouse and person dealer even that they lookes as big and prestige autohouse.Sorry that can help for someone who looking to buy car,for me a real disappointment and very bad business with the mentioned autohouse.
