Unbelievably rude staff. Terrible organization and nowhere near enough space. There's fewer than 50 seats in the whole restaurant and exactly 3 people who work there. As for the food, it's bad. I had the American-Diner burger. It was completely overcooked that it was almost like eating a burger made of beef jerky. The bun was burnt. There was an onion and mustard pate below the top bun that was just gross, I had to scrape it off. The lettuce of the burger was below the patties, so it was just lettuce soaked in grease. I also got the Oreo Milkshake. More like Oreo Milk, it was not a milkshake, it was just chocolate milk, and not even good chocolate milk! The only saving grace was the curly fries, which were pretty good. Overall, as an American living in Bruchsal, my advice is to completely avoid this place. Eagan's (at the Hauptbahnhof) or Bundschuh (in Untergrombach) have much better burgers that are cheaper.
