IME-ACTIA.DE is the most bad company in the world. Never buy some products from ACTIA absolutely incorrect company. When you want to buy a machine they are very polite , but after when you have a problem because the quality is not so good , you become a VERY BIG PROBLEM. This company is "VERY BIG" and no body didnt know inside what happened inside. The left hand dont know what do the right hand . You send Emails NO answers or come back some fake answer. If you call and ask for some body ho need to take care for our problem he is not there. When I ask to speak with the boss there, he always is very busy or is not there. When I call them I want to pay and to receive some parts and Now is the time the stupid INVESTORS to think how their money are managed. They invest some money and think that if they buy some Actions they money are in "GOOD HANDS" bad choice Gentlemens , if there is 100 customers per day you will have 98% Negative feedback. And if now some of investors read this please ask ACTIA GROUP to send you a feedback for any customer to see what is a REAL situation . Also ask all customers which you make an invoices in last 2-3 years to vote. And to the end NEVER BUY TOOLS FROM ACTIA GROUP absolutely INCORRECT COMPANY!!! If some body need an info please contact with me I can show all Emails between us !!!
