Super fast delivery, sealed pack items( no damage) ... Was bit sceptic to order after reading Google reviews on delivery and delays..... But everything went smoothly. I recieved my order (1000 worth) in 2 working days. Would order from this site again!
Avoid this company at all costs!! 1 star is too high. Impossible to believe that a business as unprofessional and unethical as this one exists. Simply the single worst online shopping and customer service experience of my life. We were promised 2 day delivery and now its 5 weeks since the order and we have neither received the package nor refund. It was for an expensive high cost item. The customer service people there either don't reply or contradict themselves each time the reply while refusing to give us a refund as requested. Each time they have a different excuse. These people are rude and a nightmare to deal with. You will regret shopping with this company. We used Amazon pay to process our payment. To their credit Amazon are also chasing them for our refund. The Amazon agent also told us that kids comfort are obliged to refund our money and have advised them to do so, yet kids comfort seems to not be complying with their legal obligation.
We made a purchase that was supposed to arrive within 1-3 days, and we waited for it as much as 21 days (yes! TWENTY ONE days). We were first told that they could not know how long it was going to take, since it was an international shipping (from Germany to Spain). And also that they hadn't the item in stock and that they had to wait for their partner to ship it (when we did the purchase we were never informed about this). But anyway, a shipping within the UE, using DHL, and it takes 21 days??? Too bad... On the other side, at least, the contact with the customer service via email was fluent all the time during those three long weeks, and we finally got the item in good contidions.
Did not think a business existed that was this unprofessional, stubbornly refuse to accept responsibility and completely lacking in customer service. There are plenty of other stores that can serve you better, so potential buyers you've been warned unless you're looking for endless excuses.
