Big rations and a great selection of German dishes. Great beer Service is fast and friendly. Clean and in a great area. Expect prices to range between 10 - 15 for a main course meal, which is more than enough for one person.

Very nice authentic German style restaurant. Stumbled in here around 10 PM after getting in Berlin much later than expected—while many restaurants nearby were closing up the staff here were very friendly. On such a cold night a giant mug of beer and schnitzel were exactly what I needed. The food was perfectly salty—great with the beer—the potatoes were clearly cooked in bacon fat and the vegetables in butter and together it was all intensely savory and totally satisfying. The inside is very charming!

Great place for very authentic Berlin style fare from the old days. Very authentic place and staff typical berlinish: Kind of rough in the beginning but if you approach them right extremely friendly and awesome! We had a great night there.

Authentic restaurant. We were 6 persons in the afternoon, so restaurant was not busy. We ordered schnitzel and it was delicious. The waiter was a nice woman, did not speak a lot of English, but communicated well in all other possible ways. Prices extremely good. I definitely recommend and expect to return myself next time I'm in Berlin.

Friendly staff, good beer and meals. I had Pork Schnitzel and Russian soup with Pilsner and Dunkel. You should definitely try Pork Schnitzel. It's so good!
