Velmi příjemní a ochotní, přístup jak si člověk představuje. Řešení problému přímo s mechanikem - během 10 minut věděl o co jde a jak to řešit. V CZ ve Federal Cars jen přes přijímacího technika - opakovaně bez znalosti problému o co se jedná (dle mého spíš výmluva). 1 hodina technika cca. 18 . Pro mne bohužel jazyková bariéra.
