Found my backpack through their online search, brought the item number, and had a description of what it contained ready. Got my things back quite quickly as there were very few people there, I can imagine it may take a while if there are a lot of people. Paid a measly 15Eur to get all my belongings back.

I have had lost my Wallet twice, once they havd had found it, but it was not my ID card inside it, they said we would had found it, but It was really weird in this case. Because they give me whole visit Cards that I have stored them inside my wallet, and they would not have found my ID?! Only God knows ...

Professioneller und schneller Service! Ich bin ja gerade ein wenig am Verzweifeln an den Berliner Ämtern, warte seit Wochen auf einen Termin für meinen neuen Personalausweis. Und seit Monaten auf meine neue Parkvignette. Aber das Fundbüro ist die Ausnahme. Obwohl sehr viele Ringe dort abgegeben wurden, machte sich Herr Willmann die Mühe, nach meinem Ausschau zu halten. Leider war er nicht dabei, aber dafür kann ja das Fundbüro nichts. Der Service auf jeden Fall stimmt!
