Avoid this place like the plague. First order. Last order. I ordered an item and found they had a newer model. I ordered that item and immediately reached out by phone and email to cancel my original order. They shipped the order I requested to cancel but not my second order. I reached out through paypal to cancel the second item due to non-communication after a week. They said they could not cancel it because it had shipped and provided the tracking number for the first order. Then after 2 weeks they shipped the second order I requested canceled. Got a new jacket from the site. It arrived very late (estimated 7 days an the real delivery was almost a month ) but everything else was completely flawless, the jacket was on perfect conditions.

Incredibly frustrating customer service! I used to order pretty much all my motorcycle gear from this website and was generally happy. In March of this year I ordered a pair of boots for my girlfriend for over 130 mind you. I ordered it to my employers office as I am working all day but due to COVID lockdown measures the office closed and I don’t know if someone stole it or if it was actually never delivered but I never received the boots. The point is that it took FcMoto 7 months to “investigate” to get back to me saying they will do absolutely nothing as they gave the package to DHL, despite DHL telling me that based on their investigation they will suggest the retailer to refund the purchase. The response I got was also just a template talking about how they hope I am safe during COVID but did not address the issue at hand. As other people said, this website is all good until you actually run into an issue as the customer service is just absolutely horrendous. Safe to say I will not be ordering from them again! Edit: order #7109457 thank you for getting back to me, however I’ve already gone through emailing with your customer service and they did not want to offer any compensation not even partial, as it wasn’t their fault the package was lost. While I understand that theft is in no way your fault, it is still incredibly frustrating to be offered no help whatsoever. You can check the case if you’d like. My order number is 7109457

Order number 7492704 Hi, I ordered several items on the 12/11/2020 and paid by Amazon, but the money is still pending and today I received an email stating that the order has been cancelled. I have not cancelled this order, so do not know why it has been. I can't even access the funds to order from a reputable firm!!! I just want either the goods or the money. Please rectify immediately. Then I may review my rating.

I Paid a helmet on day 9 by paypal without registration on the FC Motors site. It's been 6 days since that. But there are no information about the order status. Yesterday I sent them an email asking about it. But they didn't answer me. I just want to know if it was shipped and the tracking number.
