An incredibly flawlessly executed and delivered dining experience. I have dined at a few fine restaurants, and aqua's team must fear no comparison. The only sad aspect of this grand journey was that it came to an end. Even the alcohol free pairing was top-notch, and one hopes Mr Pagel has a long culinary career ahead of him.

Pretty nice service and food material.
Cool food experience. I'm not exactly a foodie but I really liked their creations. Though I must admit I had a kebab afterwards because I was still hungry. The wine selection they offer along with the menu was excellent. Staff is very attentive and there is always (!) someone around.
Amazing experience created by Chef Elverfeld. Beats at least a few of the San Pellegrino world’s 50 best restaurants that I’ve been to.
