I came across Molitor because a closer bike shop in Trier had bad customer service reviews. Thankfully I found out that Molitor good reviews are totally justified. I bought a Cube E Mountain bike there and importantly for me they speak very good English too. The service and follow up have been excellent and I recommend them fully. Its really worth going a few extra KM's.

Super Service! Habe mir dort ein Fahrrad gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Schade, dass der Preis nicht verhandelbar ist, trotzdem ist der Preis unschlagbar. Auch gut ist, dass die erste Wartung kostenfrei ist. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr freundlicher kundenorientierter Service und zielgerichtete Beratung . Man hätte uns für 350 Euro ein 24 Zoll Fahrrad verkaufen können, riet aber dazu in 8 Wochen lieber zu einem 27,5 Zoll Modell zu greifen, um nicht unnötiger Weise in einem Jahr erneut investieren zu müssen.
