This company is charging you for your belongings if you left them in a plane (25 EUR handling fee). They do not transfer found items to Lost and Found Office at CGN airport. I was not allowed to receive back my ID Card and Driving License from my wallet (that they have from Ryanair plane). Only when I came with the police they returned my documents without fee. In my opinion very unethical dealing with clients. The event took place on the 18th of August 2019.
