During dispute of a bill left an email unanswered for two weeks and then imposed late fees worth around half of the bill... on being questioned on the fairness of imposing late fees while I was waiting for an answer offered to 'split' the fees. I find this tactic to be very poor form. I have given two stars because they were initially quick to answer emails, but my only real interaction with them was around this disputed bill. I never used their service, I believe because I never saw the email with login details. They appear to have actually sent it, though.
