Very unsatisfied. I paid them to replace the both planetary heads. After one day (800 km) I have the same problem. Now I must replace them again. See photos.

I was going on vacation to Croatia through Nurnberg and experienced an engine problem on the display of my Touareg. I called in and was treated very courteously and was addressed in English as my German was virtually non existent. The cars display indicated a coil sign with the statement to visit workshop. This sign went out when ignition was switched off but as I had been in a traffic jam with the car the engine management sign came on which stayed on after ignition was turned off and then back on. My vehicle was placed on the computer and I was advised that it needed a repair job. This was done immediately and whilst it was in the workshop I was given tickets for the underground and was taken along with my wife to the station. On ringing the garage as advised later I was told they had repaired the problem which was carbon in the particulate burning system caused by the broken igniter and clogged up by not being able to burn off by being in a traffic jam. Whilst not guaranteeing the repair because the burner was just rewired I was advised that it should be OK. I continued with my journey to Croatia and since have returned to UK with no problems. Some 1600 kilometres. Very pleased and compliments to the company when dealing with their staff.

I went there once to replace a tire and they switch my perfect condition rim with a old one. Worst Volkswagen partner service ever. Unbelievable! Never again going there!
