I am very impressed. My brother once told me to go to VW Zentrum if I had any problems with my car and ask for help by Herr Celik . A few weeks ago I did and I really liked the service. Unfortunately I can't speak german very well otherwise I would write in german. I am here workwise and I am going to stay a while until the problems with corona get better. I am definetly going to recommend the VW Zentrum and the service by Herr Celik to my friends and family too. There had been no problems in comunication. Very competent people therefore 5 stars.
