One of the worst service I've ever had. Apart from ordering false equipment to my car, after my call no one can help me, reception in the morning says the responsible man available but in the workshop but later somehow the guy out of office. I am disgusted from the service quality the ignorance and some receptionist behave. Once I had disappointment from the sales (the guy was talking with us without any respect) so I went somewhere else to spend my money. Now the Garage make the same attitude and leave me a big trouble before my long trip. I cannot recommend them to anybody (Laszlo Orban)

My wife and I came in and had a car picked out from online that we wanted to buy. There was a language barrier and I understand that, but there was zero effort to even try to work with us. The sales person we saw told us to go down the street to another dealership. We were very disappointed.

My First repair expérience with this Garage, is OK. Reception is normal. The reception girl even speaks French. I left my Sportvan for repair and i received meantime free bus tickets to visit the city during the repair. Nice friendly People. Mister Patrick who takes meetings was very gentil. I am very happy with the proffesional way of mister Hendrik OHLER. I was well received about this guy, very proffesional and correct in his Job. He gave me a confort feeling and arranged so fast my Rental replacement car to get back to Brussels. I recomand you contact this guy if you have problems. You will be quite happy.
