Went to buy a Skoda Octavia and had the worst experience living since 10 years in Germany. I made a prior appointment a day in advance for a Saturday morning for a test drive. Rude and careless behavior to customers. Please do not go to Mr. Schweyer. One big attitude guy. Hesitant to answer questions and sarcastic to customers. I was given time until Tuesday to decide and this guy sold the vehicle before i contacted him on the same day. Mr. Kaiser seems to be the head of the sales department. He was very nice. Overall, worst experience. If you are going to buy a used vehicle they will treat you as if they are gonna give away free stuff. NOT Recommended at all !!! BAD SERVICE at its BEST!!!

Would give 1 star, as the \mechanical\ service is extremely incompetent, has arogant and ignorant staff - but the body workshop saved the day. The man in charge there is really helpful, friendly and works really fast.
