Update: 28.01.2020 I initially gave a two star rating to VW Frankfurt. Interestingly after a year I got an email from Google review department that attorney of this business owner claims that my review is fake and requested Google to remove it. I personally think it is a shameful action. Instead of focusing on their customer satisfaction measures, they closed their eyes on reality and trying to repair their negative online presence with accusing people and denying legit feedbacks. At the end of the day, I sent all my documents to Google to prove that my review was not fake and was based on a real interaction with this dealership, but I'm asking myself how many people, who already wrote a review here a few years ago are going to notice this email from Google and are actually going to send their evidence to prevent Google from removing their honest review. Again my advice to the management and business owners of this dealership... Focus on improving your customer satisfaction. Your staff are not treating people with respect and seem don't even care about what customer thinks and wants from them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! I needed my car fixed and I dropped it off for about a week and it wasn’t even touched when I picked it up. I tried to reschedule an appointment and the man said it’s impossible to come in today or even drop the car off today! I don’t think this place is helpful and I hope customers will notice.
