Vorwarnung! I just returned from this shop sad and dissapointed.the same guy who was so weet and welcoming on the first day when i bought the vodfone connection was horrible to speak too .may i say arrogant and dumb.no client/ kunde service.he said just call the help centre.please go somewhere else.This is just shamefull.i hope he did not behave with me so because i am a ausländer.shame.pleease avoid.the sweetness is only at the beginning..no services later.just call the centre they will say. Please remove the old guy who seats.There are so many reviews speaking against him.He needs break.

If you do not speak German, do not do service with this store. They weaseled me into a 2 year contract without my knowledge and would not refund my purchase within 5 days of our transaction. I actually went to the police to complain since I found the salesmen to be particularly rude. The salesman also threatened me and so now I have found some ways to cancel the contract through legal services. A very misleading shop.
