In May 2018, I have given birth to my daughter and the whole experience was great! Me and my husband did not speak German but that did not stop them from giving us the best care and ensuring that we understand everything so they even brought in staff that could translate for us. Though honestly there was one Doctor that I felt was not very pleased with my presence (lol) but that’s fine, guess you’re not everyone’s cup of tea. But the rest of the staff were amazing! My daughter couldn’t latch properly so the midwife even lent us their breast pump till I get my own from my insurance. Couldn’t ask for more. Godbless them! I am again pregnant and due in April and I choose to give birth here again. :)

I don’t know why this place has so many one-star reviews. I had good experience there yesterday. Friendly stuff and doctors. Had to wait there a little bit but I guess it would be the same anywhere else.
Very bad communication with patients
Generally speaking, staff members were nice and helpful. However, if you don't speak German, don't even think to go there! Additionally, for the first time ever in my life here in Germany, power gone (yes electricity) for 4 -5 times during 4 hours, of which the first time of power cut lasted for about 1 hour!
We went to the emergency room because a friend had a very scary synthom. We realized that it was empty, but thanks to that they received him quickly. Instead of making him the main important and urgent test the same night to verify if there was a risk of complications, they told him he had to be recovered. They didn't check if his health insurance was covered but made him 2000 tests leaving oddly for some days later the main and most important check (that resulted negative...). Food was very cheap and sometimes we had to ask many times confirmations about the allergenes contained to avoid him eating stuff that could have created other complications. Finally he kind of escape from there, after getting stomach sick, and because they couldn't find anything from the tests. As last, they very kindly propose him if he wanted to be brought home by an ambulance (in the test there was nothing)?!? Now I aknowledge they sent him a bill or more than 2300 euro home (for couple of days). Sincerely this whole story seems quite suspect and has very bad consequences for an honest and regular EU Citizen that was only very scared of being under risk of death and only because of that went in the emergency room of an hospital, trusting in their professionality and reliability.
