Not really a village or parking for disabled. Though locals very friendly & welcoming. No lowered pavements for easy WChair manoeuvre mobility..Quite a few eating places around the village..only parking on designated parking places..CA ,10 for 4 hrs..but no costs to cross the Bridge. The haengebrucke/suspended bridge costs nothing..Some pleasant walks around the valley under the bridge to return to the village..The Bridge when busy ,one has to queue..They have times for the crossing-directions points.so one might need to wait to cross..15-30 minutes.Obviously if you don't note or heed the time table, you could be waiting an hour plus..Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the bridge over field or through some woods, from either direction..No cars..!! Steward-security to help check the amount of people in batches to cross.little time to stop & ponder or take photos..Still a pleasant walk, and info cards, during the walk and small info center..CA 10 minutes to walk over the bridge... W.Chairs allowed, but steep aproaches to the last 20-30 meters. Not metalled or tarred. Nice afternoon hike if not too crowded.Though if it wasn't for the bridge hike, no real need to pay 10 for parking. No disabled parking places..all parking behind toll barrier...Toilets,no euro key.. entrance cost 78cent..

Where you park and where the bridge is. Is 2km. The signs are well placed so you know where to walk. The bridge is very high. Its was fun. And wobbly. That gives it an edge.. i say do it
