If you have a serious and urgent emergency, think twice before coming to this place. They lack professionalism and empathy. My dog had had 9 epileptic seizures in less than 24 hours. We rushed to this place and the first thing that the receptionist says: there's nothing we can't do. That was the welcoming statement.

The vet took his time to check my dog from top to bottom to see what's wrong and he didn't get intimidated by his frightened nature! I felt well looked after and I didn't end up with a massive bill in the end. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I know I found a new vet that I can trust with my pets!

Very professional practice. Rushed my French bulldog at night she was having a very bad allergy reaction, the vet was very helpful and also spoke english and made my dog feel much better afterwards. I definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you for your help.
I came here with my 19 year old cat on Wednesday 17th July. Its very clean and they were very accomadating considering I didnt have an appointment and I can only speak English. The vet did all they could, but sadly my cat died in the night. The treatment was very good, however, and the vet and nurses kind and helpful. The reason for only giving 4 stars is because i couldnt pay my bill by bank card. As I didnt have enough cash on me, I only paid half the bill then and I've just sent a bank transfer to clear my account. I think the surgery should look into accepting bank cards as payment - but as I say the treatment was great. My cat was just too ill to be saved unfortunately. i'll definately come back for treatment with other animals in the future. Thanks
