Not satisfied. Ok, this company has good products but very very high prices. I was using those products for long time and I find now other company with better quality and about half lower price and European standards as well.
Eigentlich bin ja sehr zufrieden mit der Bügelanlage, aber der Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Dampferzeuger meine Bügelanlage ist defekt. Anruf bei der Firma, da bekommt am Telefon nur eine barsche Antwort, dass man kein wichtiger Kunde sei. Das war übrigens vor der Coronakrise. Da fragt man sich schon, ob man die Firma in Zukunft weiter empfiehlt.
