Greatly improved experience there.. They need to do a better job spacing the open stations during the pandemic though.
Without a doubt, this is the most unorganized, and poorly ran organization in the Stuttgart area. In just under 2 years I have dealt with: *They refused a German TUV on a vehicle I purchased from a dealer, made me leave, then called the next day to apologize. *Brought a vehicle in for inspection. They found a leak. Took my plates, made me register the car as inop. Said I can't drive the car but I need to move it or they would tow it. *Tried to transfer a car to my son. He's under my insurance. Was told to get it insured in his name, made me leave. He got insurance, I cancelled mine, while I was gone they cancelled my registration because not insured in my name. When I came back they took the plates and said I need to get another inspection because my registration was cancelled. *Registered a car, they called me the next week said they made a mistake and if I didn't come in that day they would cancel my registration. *The employee outside told me to wait outside, the employers inside assumed I missed my appointment. I was then put in the \walk in\ line. *I can't remember a time being here when another customer wasn't next to me filling out an ICE complaint against registration on thier phone. Yes, this is real life. I only have time to write this review today because I had an appointment this morning at registration and they have called me in and then asked me to wait outside again because they weren't ready, FOUR times. Its an hour past my appointment time. I have to assume they will go to lunch before they get to me and I will have to come back at 1300. **** Update: they wanted my plates, I got them from the parking lot and came back. I was moved to the \walk in\ line. I don't have any advice for you, I have followed the guidance on thier webpage each time. You could pray, but I don't think that would help.
