I wanted to check this place for a long time but due to their limited opening time I always ended up going to supermarkets. Today I finally found the time to go there but I hope another zero waste shop opens in SB, because this one lacks in customer service. I filled a jar but then changed my mind in buying it and placed it next to their material because I didn't know if they are ok with emptying it back or not. When I was paying at the desk, one of the people working there started running around asking people if the jar belonged to them, and when I told them it was mine but I did not want it, they acted weird and just looking at each other like it is a big deal and scolding me that I have to tell them, although I said ok, I will never come back to their shop with this attitude... I was really pleased with the price, but if you want to grow as a business, I don't think being judgemental about your customer would help you.

Auch wenn der Laden klein anmutet, findet man doch alles, was man für den Alltag braucht. Das Konzept ist durchdacht und die Mitarbeiter*innen durchweg freundlich. Ich gehe sehr gerne dort einkaufen und kann es jedem nur empfehlen, wenigstens mal vorbei zu schauen.
