I researched bars and saw Alt Trier pop up thinking I'd go check it out. Without a nap I wasn't oriented to find it until I drunkenly stumbled across it after walking the long block. You know how when you're not sober your senses begin to stop working? At Alt Trier they were in hyperdrive the moment I walked in. This is a smoky bar and the older folks don't care. We walked in, looked around choking like we walked in the gas chamber and went across the street to Cubiculum (read my review of there for opinion).
