I received really good service here to a specific enquiry I had that was difficult to handle. These guys handled it with a friendly and proactive attitude.
Has a history of rejecting valid WU transfers unnecessarily. They made and make no effort to validate transaction with WU when another Reisebank branch did so successfully and paid. Known issues as stated by WU customer service representatives. Not dependable when paying WU transfers. RB blames WU or the customer, WU blames RB. Not hassle free!!! I would only attempt to use again as a last resort.
No Western Union (anymore). But they gave me a note with the 4 western union locations that are left in berlin: potsdamer str. 138, badstr. 44, hermannstr. 58 and kantstr. 105a
