Habe bereits mehrfach ein(e) Hotel / Pension hierüber telefonisch gebucht, betreut von verschiedenen Mitarbeiterinnen. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass eine Tourist Info so etwas anbietet. In anderen Städten bekommt man gerne nur eine Übersicht/Liste mit potenziellen Hotels zugeschickt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Schnell, sehr höflich, kompetent. Danke dafür.

Schlechter Ser vice; Informationsstand des Personals sehr defizitär, auf die Frage nach einer bestimmten Umgebungskarte von Potsdam werde ich mit der Antwort abgespeist, dass es so eine Karte nicht gibt. Ein paar Meter weiter im Zeitschriftenladen in derselben Bahnhofspassage finde ich sie sofort.
