I visited Dangast while I was on my recent bicycle tour of the North Sea Coast area of North West Germany. I have to say that I really liked the area and had fun cycling from Oldenburg to Dangast and then down the coast on the dykes to Varel and back to Oldenburg. The German style of camping is not really what I want to do (even though I am German and was born in the area). Having lived most of my life in the USA and South East Asia, I have a different idea of what camping is. Although I have to admit that the USA has also adopted a similar, rent a small plot in a city of tents mentality in what are now fairly crowded National Parks. Still the idea of renting a plot of land on the sea permanently and setting up a camper trailer on it that will never roll down the street again, seems very peculiar to me. The sea and the surrounding dykes and farmlands of Dangast are very beautiful though, so I would definitely visit again, but will probably stay in a small inn or hotel.

Toll zum entspannen alle sehr freundlich Ruhe pur saubere Luft an der Nordsee. Strand sauber . Spazieren gehen bei tollem Wetter keine Wolke am Himmel. Leider kein Wasser ist Ebbe schade aber Heute Abend kommt es. Strandkorbvermietung ist günstig strand ist super sauber. Geschäfte zur Rast auch vorhanden Preise sind ok Edeka ist auch im Ort Pizzeria auch da
