We came here for Octoberfest and the Christmas markets and both are amazing! It is convenient to the S bahn and walkable from Central station. The park is big and the tents are massive. The art installations are a great added bonus!

Lots to see , lots to do , not sure if it always available a year round but if you happen to see it , it is a must go.
Perfect and colorful festival! All gods are handmade! And this is pretty cafe with hot food. Tasty and not expensive. Big portions.
Great Atmosphere, extremely diverse food, many nice (although pricey) handmade products. Avoid visiting it on Weekends.
Great variety, not high prices, bathrooms were extremely clean, great time!
We really enjoyed coming here throughout the years. It's definitely a must-see if you are in Munich in the end of November until the end of December. If you visit, don't eat before, because there are some pretty good food booths with all kinds of different styles of food. They also have a reasonable prize. We buy a lot of Christmas presents here. The only thing which we have to criticise is that it didn't really change over the years and there are hardly no new sellers there. All in all we really enjoy our time at the Winter Tollwood Festival. 4*
Great Christmas Market but as expected very crowded. I loved it
One of the biggest Christmas festival in Munich, lots of food and drinks everywhere. A unique experience if you are a visitor. Not far from the city, take a train and 10mins later you’re there. Free entry as well. Only downside is it gets a little muddy during winter so be sure you don’t wear your best shoes !
