Today we came to buy a silver necklace for my spouse and felt quite snobbish "evaluating" attitude to us from the seller (45-50 years old man). It is the last what guests would like to see going in "top class" jewelery shops, even if the price for the item is relatively low.
we went to this place really excited expecting to get a necklace but left feeling extremely angry with the HORRENDOUS service provided by this small shop. didn’t even say hello when we first came in. waited more than half an hour besides the necklace that we want. tried to get a salesgirl to assist us but was met with grumbling and what i believe as cursing by a really blonde aunty. was completely ingnored by the said aunty as she went and serve some other customer. her behaviour is simply horrible that this experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. sadly also associated with tiffany.
A girls dream come true. If you come with a girl here, you will leave this place broke afterwards. Service is so great and kind. They take a lot of time for your questions and let you try all the things you want.
Tiffany & Co Hamburg - hey guys, are you sure that you work for Tiffany and not for Lidl or Aldi?! Oh, no - they are much more friendly in Lidl and in Aldi, and they know how to smile. Do you know at all what Service means? I was in the store yesterday: first I had to wait for the shop attendant who was busy with her own things, then she was annoyed that I don't know my ring size and finally I bought the wrong size. That's half of the story. Called the shop today, was informed that there are three rings of the right size available in Germany, but they have to wait for the answer till Friday to find out if I can get one of them. Do you use snail mail, guys? Why not just call? I hope I will get my right size ring, sooner or later. I hope I won't have to visit the store more then one more time. What I know for sure: I will NOT buy anything else from Tiffany Hamburg as the experience is simply unpleasant. Those guys don't have a clue about customer care - except, yes, the door guy who does his job with courtesy and respect .... schade....
Dear Tiffany Team, I am really dissapointed. I got my girlfriend a beautiful bracelet. But I haven't expected that the name of "RETURN to Tiffany" Collection has a real reason. She lost it three times within 3 months but luckily she found it on the street/at the bar/ somewhere in the kitchen. The reason: the bracelett opens easylie if there is some tension on the bracelett's closure. Your stuff at our local store in Hamburg told us that's a typical problem with that bracelett and there is no solution for it and that my girlfriend should be careful by wearing it. They have just offered me to change the closure for 45. I am really dissapointed. I expected a better quality regarding this price and the brand behind it.
