I didn't know until a little late in the game that I needed to employ someone on this end to bust my dog out of Customs, but my relocation agent referred me to Petmove and Heiko was great. He made sure I had the paperwork I needed to clear customs, and had worked before with the company I was using in the States to transport my dog. Fortunately, it didn't take long to clear Customs and Heiko delivered my dog to my door in a low amount of time and I can tell he truly cares for dogs.
