A month ago, given the cold weather, I was in the market for a nice winter jacket. I bought myself a nice The North Face jacket here and was happy with it until I’ve noticed an issue. As with many North Face jackets (at least for the current winter collection) the jacket has two layers connected through zippers in the chest area and elastics in the sleeves. Sadly, after just a month of use, the elastics were already about to break off. While this review is not a product review... They should have tested the design a little bit better while developing the line. Anyway, I went back to the store in order to get the jacket fixed, talked to the staff everyone was super polite and understood my issue. As soon as the manager arrived, she didn’t lose time and proceeded with exchanging the product and making sure that I was taken care of. All in all, I’m very happy with the staff in this store.

Nice shop with friendly staff. We are visitors from the states who popped in right before closing. The attendants offered us assistance (in English). I found the pack I was looking for right away. Ultimately, I didn't purchase anything but appreciated the service, location, and overall experience.

The worst warranty i got ever. My shoes had problem they accepted to give another one. But then they asked for extra 25 euro to give new pair which was the same. They even do not give my money back. They only offer gift card. Really crazy. Do not buy the north face at germany.

I talked to two sales reps and both were unable to answer the most simple question. In my case, I couldn’t decide between to models of a jacket. They looked the same but they hade different names and cost 50 more. I ended up sitting in the store, browsing the internet to find out the difference to make up my mind. One of the main advantages of retail stores va online stores are the sales rep. if the fail, the store fails.
