Absolutely horrible. We called to place our delivery order tonight and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the rude lady who is mentioned in countless negative reviews for this restaurant. She yelled at me when I tried to ask a simple question regarding an item that is listed incorrectly on their online menu, telling me to \hurry up\ (among other things). She was highly unprofessional, the worst person I have ever dealt with as a paying customer. The food took over two hours to arrive. We live under 5 miles from the restaurant - a nine minute drive. My husband called twice after I placed the order to see if the food was still coming, only to be screamed at by the same lady with whom I had spoken. Most businesses would apologize for poor service, but he was yelled at because she was frustrated. After reading all of the negative reviews regarding similar situations people have had with this place, I'm astounded that they are able to get away with treating people the way that they do. I imagine the close proximity to the military post and the fact that people feel like they don't have many delivery options in the area plays a huge part. Personally, we will never order from them again. Do yourself a favor and order take-out from Fusion Garden in Grafenwoehr. They don't deliver, but we have ordered from them for three years now and have always been treated with respect and consistency. And their food is amazing. Avoid The Chinese i(restaurant) in Graf if at all possible!!
The place is filthy. They had two dogs at the entrance who, by the way, were more welcoming than the people working there. They don't accept Credit Cards and only have a nearby ATM machine with a ridiculous exchange rate that would've turned a 40 withdrawal into a 62 charge if i'd gone through with the transaction. I'm only giving 1 star because it's impossible to give none.
Delievery took forever. It took 2 hours and asked for more tips. I think five euro tip for 20 worth of food is pretty OK in Germany. The fried rice was terrible but the noodle was barely average. After I orderd delivery couple time I stop ordering from them. Terrible customer service. After almost a year I stop ordering from them, I decided to give them a try. I tried to order over the phone and I asked I want fried noodle and what kind of meats you have. The lady said \Look for yourself OK bye!\ and she hunged up on me. Of course I throw away their menu since the last time and I won't be going back.
So gave me somebody else order. So I called an told them just give them this order back to get my food I ordered . Then I was told by worker that she wasn’t bringing me my order . Told me if I want my correct order to go to another building on other side of camp to somebody I don’t know . And get my food from them . Never order from there again. Worst experience ever
