Got to do a test drive of one of their cars. When they say contactless they really mean it. They tell you the color and plates of the car on the phone and open it remotely for you. Super efficient and friendly. At the end of the test someone comes to clean the car for the next customers.

Poor service, dispute booked and confirmed test drive, no car/Model X (most expensive one to buy in their portfolio!) happened to be prepared. Some promises to call back within a day/two and when available, didnt actually realized. It is not they/Tesla help you to choice the car, you just own their attention and potentially, some service.
