Following the recommendation of a neighbour, we brought our valuable old anatolian carpet to our local laundry, which sent it to wash to Teppich Wasch Service. The carpet came back to us badly damaged: not only was the carpet full of hard fibers, probably coming from an aggressive washing brush (horror), but also the colours became totally inhomogeneous - first we thought that the carpet had not been rinsed well and some soap residues had stained it, but at a closer lookit looks like in some spots the the wool surface has been abraded. never again.

This company has among the best services ever when it comes to carpet washings. The service that takes the carpet from your home, washes it and brings it back is wonderful. Also, the personal is very nice and helpful! I can only recommend it!

Nach guter Beratung und detailliertem Kostenvoranschlag wurde derTeppich nach Rücksprache mit dem Fahrer pünktlich geholt und nach einer Woche zurückgebracht. Der Teppich sah nach der Reinigung aus wie Neu. Danke !!!! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen .
